Verify Your 12vegas Account

Verification is how we make sure your account and your money stay yours. It's a one-time process, and completing it early means your first withdrawal request won't hit a delay. Head to Account Settings and open the Verification tab. You'll upload a government-issued photo ID — a driver's license or passport works — and a document that confirms your address, such as

a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days. Our review team checks submissions during business hours. Once approved, the verified badge appears on your account profile and withdrawal requests process without an additional ID step.

  • Open Verification in Account Settings — Navigate to Account Settings from the profile menu, then tap the Verification tab to see what documents are still needed.
  • Upload a government-issued photo ID — A US driver's license or passport is accepted. The image must be clear and show all four corners of the document.
  • Confirm your address — Upload a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days. The name and address must match what's on your 12vegas account.
  • Wait for review approval — Our team reviews submissions during business hours. You'll see a status update in your account notifications when verification is complete.

Banking Options at 12vegas

We keep our cashier focused on the payment rails that work for American accounts — no obscure e-wallets, no wire transfers that take a week. PayPal, Venmo and Play+ cover deposits and withdrawals for eligible accounts. Each method connects directly to your existing US-based financial accounts, which keeps the process straightforward and the paper trail clean for your own records.

PayPal

Link your existing PayPal account to deposit or withdraw. Funds move between your PayPal balance and your 12vegas wallet directly.

Venmo

Use your Venmo account for deposits and payouts. The same balance you use for splitting bills works here — familiar and fast.

Play+

Load a Play+ prepaid card and use it at the cashier like a debit card. Withdrawals route back to the same Play+ card.

When you're ready to cash out, the withdrawal flow mirrors the deposit process — same cashier, same screen, same verified methods. Open the cashier, switch to the withdrawal tab, and choose the method you used to deposit. PayPal and Venmo withdrawals route back to the account you deposited from; Play+ sends funds back to your prepaid card. You'll need to complete identity

verification before your first withdrawal is processed — that step is a one-time requirement that protects your account from unauthorized requests. Players in Chicago and Los Angeles have reported smooth payout flows once verification is cleared.

  • Go to the withdrawal tab — In the cashier, tap the withdrawal tab. Eligible methods show only if your account is verified.
  • Select your payout method — Choose PayPal, Venmo or Play+. The method must match the one you deposited with under our return-to-source policy.
  • Enter the amount — Type the amount you want to withdraw. The cashier shows your available balance so you can't request more than what's there.
  • Submit and track status — Confirm the request. You can check its status any time under Account — Transaction History while it processes.

Getting money into your account takes a few taps. Open the cashier from the lobby header, pick PayPal, Venmo or Play+ from the deposit screen, and enter the amount you want to add. PayPal and Venmo pull directly from your linked checking account or card — no extra app switching required. Play+ works like a prepaid debit card: load it first, then

use the card number at the cashier. Once you confirm, the balance updates on your account screen so you can head straight to Live Dealer Blackjack or Independence Reels.

  • Open the cashier — Tap the cashier icon in the lobby header — it's visible from any page once you're signed in.
  • Choose your payment method — Select PayPal, Venmo or Play+ from the deposit tab. Your saved accounts appear automatically if you've used them before.
  • Enter your amount and confirm — Type the deposit amount, review the summary screen, then authorize through your PayPal or Venmo app or enter your Play+ card details.
  • Balance updates — Your 12vegas account balance reflects the deposit on the wallet row at the top of the lobby. You're ready to play.

Your 12vegas Banking Questions Answered

Most banking questions come down to three things: how to get money in, how to get money out, and what to do when something doesn't go as expected. The answers below cover the most common scenarios we hear from our account holders.

We currently accept PayPal, Venmo and Play+ prepaid for deposits. All three connect to US-based accounts and are available where state law permits.

You can deposit before verification is complete, but you'll need to finish the ID review before your first withdrawal request is processed.

Withdrawals follow a return-to-source policy. If you deposited with Venmo, your payout goes back to Venmo. This policy protects your account.

Open Account — Transaction History and check the status. If it shows pending for longer than expected, contact our support team through live chat for help.

Minimum amounts are shown on the cashier deposit screen for each method. We don't publish a single figure because it can vary by payment type.

Go to Account, then Transaction History. Each withdrawal request has a status label — pending, in review or completed — updated in real time.
